Per-User Audit History View

For any staff member, you can open a single view of their recent account activity — administrative actions and sign-in activity merged into one chronological history, most recent first. It gives you a place to answer “what happened with this person’s access, and when” without needing database access.

Open a staff member’s audit history

  1. On the User management page, find the staff member’s row in the Staff table.
  2. Select View audit log.

What you see

The Audit history page opens for that person, showing their email in the heading and a ← Back link to return to User management.

  • Last login shows their most recent sign-in time, or “Never” if they haven’t signed in yet.
  • If the account has been deactivated, a notice says so.
  • A table lists events with Time, Event, and Detail columns, merging administrative actions involving their account — role grants and revokes, MFA resets, admin approvals — with their sign-in and authentication events, most recent first. If nothing has happened yet, the table is empty.

The audit history you see here is a read-only view; for how the underlying audit trail is recorded and retained, see Append-Only Audit Log. For how roles are granted and revoked in the first place, see Staff Roles & Two-Person Admin Control.
