Multi-Hospital Sign-In and Switching

If you hold a role at more than one hospital, you see a hospital picker right after you sign in, and you can switch hospitals anytime from a dropdown in the page header. Everything you see — your queue or the admin pages — reflects whichever hospital you currently have selected.

Choose a hospital at sign-in

  1. Sign in as you normally would.
  2. If you hold a role at only one hospital, you’re taken straight to your usual landing page — there’s no extra step (see Role-Based Landing Page After Sign-In).
  3. If you hold a role at more than one hospital, you land on a page titled Select a tenant, listing each hospital you belong to.
  4. Select a hospital to continue to where you were headed.

Switch hospitals anytime

  1. In the page header, find the Tenant dropdown — it only appears when you hold a role at more than one hospital.
  2. Choose a different hospital from the list.
  3. Select Switch. You stay on the same page, now viewing that hospital’s data instead.

If you hold a role at only one hospital, the header shows that hospital’s name as plain text instead of a dropdown.

If your access to your current hospital changes — for example, if your role there is removed — you’re automatically returned to the picker to choose a hospital you still have access to, rather than getting stuck on an error page.
