Staff Invite Email Delivery

When you invite a new staff member — from User management, during hospital onboarding, or as a platform operator — the invite link is emailed automatically. You don’t need to read a server log or copy a link by hand for it to reach the recipient.

What the email contains

The email’s subject line names your hospital (“You’re invited to join <hospital name>”) and includes an Accept invitation button linking straight back into NEPA, a fallback link you can copy and paste if the button doesn’t work, and a note that the invitation expires in 7 days.

Which language it’s sent in

NEPA renders the invite email in the hospital’s configured interface language — English or French Canadian — rather than the language of whoever sent or is receiving the invite.

If delivery fails

If the email can’t be delivered for any reason, the invite itself is still created and usable. User management shows a “We couldn’t email this invitation” notice along with the invite link, so you can share it another way instead of the invite silently going nowhere (see Staff Invites).
